"Just a great experience overall, we had some rental car issues upon arrival and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating of our situation. Any help that we needed, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Place was spotless clean, and every worker seemed to truly care about making sure we had a good stay."

"Like step back in time to ‘old’ Hollywood! Amazing welcome from the Reception staff. Our Cabana Balcony room had a great view of the pool and included all the facilities we needed for our 5 night stay. Comfortable beds, huge shower with toiletries, gowns & fluffy towels. We opted for the Valet Parking, whilst $75 per day may seem expensive we wanted the reassurance and convenience it offered and it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for walking along Hollywood Boulevard and then driving to many other attractions etc My only tip is to double check your bill - we were almost charged for mini bar items that we hadn’t had - it was quickly sorted however. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!"
