Located in a revitalizing neighborhood with $100M+ in planned development, this historic retreat blends character, convenience, and a front-row seat to Chattanooga’s growth.

    Level 2 EV Charging ⚡ A dedicated 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet is available. Guests must bring their own compatible portable EV charger. Compatible with most EVs using guest-provided equipment.

    For the safety and security of our home, neighbors, and guests, all reservations require guest verification prior to check-in. The primary guest must provide:
    • A valid government-issued photo ID (address and ID number may be covered for privacy)
    • The full names and ages of all guests included in the reservation

Was glad for the pull through driveway. The property is in very good order and was perfect for our needs. We came in town for a concert and the property was well placed to get to/from the Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium easily.

This little gem was so cozy, clean, and comfortable we didnt want to leave!! The neighborhood area was extremely quiet, very close to all the attractions, and easy to access.
