Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person was super helpful! I somehow had booked our 2 rooms for the previous night and they worked some magic and got us in to the rooms for the day we arrived without making us pay for the previous night. Very helpful front desk people!

One of the waffle maker was not working, didn’t have some stuff (was told that the delivery was not till the next day). Had to find someone to fill the empty supplies, other than that it was a good stay for us.

The desk attendant at check-in was very nice. The lobby was clean. We had a one bedroom suite that was nice but of the two rooms in foyer, there was only one picture on the wall. It made it feel somewhat like an institution. All in all it was a nice place to stay. I would probably stay again. The breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast options were great.

The room was ok. No towel holders in the bathroom which is kind of inconvenient. The sofa bed mattress was in horrible condition so I couldn't sleep on it, and I booked that room because I needed to have the extra bed. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful when I asked for an extra blanket. Breakfast was decent.
