The room was nice good size and clean. The property itself was in good condition. Nice breakfast area with plenty of room. Liked the free breakfast with made to order omelets and food varieties. Ruth’s Chris restaurant on site was a nice added feature. Overall a very nice and relaxing 2 night stay.

The lobby was nice but the pool was crowded, the other guests were loud, inconsiderate and rude. The breakfast was very confusing and unorganized. For the price of our stay, I would definitely not return here. Looks high end but otherwise pretty trashy.

The evening drinks and snacks was a great little addition. The breakfast was not good. It was cold and coffee was so weak it tasted like water. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Traveling with a family of 6; we stayed in one room. It was clean. It was a smaller space for the beds but the bathroom was bigger - it was great overall. Pool and gym were nice and clean. The foyer area was gorgeous - art installations and two classic cars and high ceilings. Very impressive when first arriving.

We had to travel to Cleveland for a weekend of wrestling tournaments for our middle school son. We needed a room to sleep all 6 of us and Embassy provided us the perfect solution. The room was clean, staff super helpful, water pressure amazing, and continental breakfast perfect. Great experience and will definitely book here again.

Clean and comfortable with great amenities. Free breakfast offers omelets, bacon, sausage, French toast sticks, bagels and other breakfast breads, fruit, cereal and more. The quality of the food was so-so, but not bad for a complimentary breakfast. The complimentary happy hour each night is a fun offering as well, although the alcohol is on the cheap end as expected. It gets super crowded for both breakfast and the happy hour so come early. The room was comfortable although a bit simple for a Hilton brand. Stains on the couch were a bit off-putting, but the room was clean. The parking is terrible. The hotel shares a lot with Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Nothing Bundt Cakes which takes up half the parking in business hours. Even without those businesses, there wouldn't be enough parking. There seems to be overflow parking in a shopping mall parking lot behind the hotel, but it's a bit of a walk. Lots of food options nearby including a Publix. The hotel is about 15 - 20 min from downtown Chattanooga depending on traffic and route.
