"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean although a little dated. But for one night it served its purpose. The complimentary breakfast was good and fresh."

"The room exceeded expectations. It was clean, beautiful view of downtown. I also appreciated the modern amenities such as usb charger ports for my electronics, the refrigerator and coffee bar setup in the room. The history of the hotel with the perfect location downtown makes it a perfect choice. Most activities we wanted to do were within walking distance. Best of all was the staff. Everyone from the car valet, front door man and the front desk were all friendly, helpful and treated my wife and me as VIPs. That is why we will return to stay the next time we are back in town at this hotel."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. The breakfast and supper were great everyday. The only thing we didn’t care for was the TV channel. There’s only basic cable; no movie channels or Roku or Fire stick."

"We have stayed here multiple times and have been pleased every time! Staff is always friendly and welcoming, the pool area is one of our favorite places to relax after a day of touring Chattanooga. With so many options in Chattanooga, we will always choose The Hotel Chalet! We have stayed in both the train rooms as well as the king suite and both are comfortable and well appointed. The location is phenomenal as well, close to a bustling area with bars and restaurants without it being invasive when we are wanting to relax in our room or pool area."
