「Nice modern flat for the price. Don't expect luxury but has everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely location 」

「It didn’t go as expected. The room doesn’t appear as how it was on the app. There was this strong smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating at all. Only two bathrooms for 10 rooms is unacceptable. U pleasant at all so I checked out yesterday around 3pm instead of today. We only spent one night and that’s because of the nature of the place. It’s not safe to be there. There is only two bathroom for the ten rooms here and due to that we had to climb like three floors...

「Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. Es ist trotz des Verkehrs auf der Brücke nicht zu...

「We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.」

「We had a fantastic stay! Paul’s property is fresh and modern and beautifully maintained. Paul is an outstanding host, very responsive, welcoming, kind and helpful, especially in response to my questions re disability access. We loved how private the property location was and the beautiful view from the terrace! The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We also appreciated arriving to bread, butter, milk and cake! This was a nice touch! We will definitely look to return if...

「Rob actually offered an upgrade to the property next door as last minute essential maintenance was being undertaken in the listed property. The experience was sublime. A beautiful property tastefully furnished catering for every need. The swimming pool and hot tub were spa standard. We all had the most amazing stay. 」

「We were celebrating my wife’s 70th birthday, and wanted comfortable and special accommodation for family members and friends. We also wanted to be able to enjoy a grand meal together for up to 14 of us. Compton House was perfect for us - a very unusual and lovely property. 「We stayed for two nights for our annual visit to Longleat, which is only about 15 minutes drive away The house was in perfect condition and very old and rickety yet full of high-quality modern appliances It was a very relaxing and enjoyable short stay. I would recommend it to anybody.」

「We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked, and in a central location. Perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It can get a bit noisy at night due to nearby late-night crowds, but overall, we really enjoyed our time. 」

「The property is stunning and very well laid out. It was ideal for our group (we had a 1 year old with us). The best equipped property I have ever stayed in - the kitchen was particularly stylish and a pleasure to cook in!」

If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. 」

"Hotel is quite new in comparison with other International brand hotels in that area. Comfortable bed, room nice and clean. Within walking distance to CBD and tourist area. However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night around 1:30am and we learned the next day that it’s a fire drill. That’s totally ridiculous to me. I’ve travelled around the world in the past 50 yrs and never came across any hotel like this. The fire alarm woke all hotel guests without prior notice nor explanation on site. Guests including myself needed to run around to check out what’s happening. Hope they never ever do this again. We’re extremely tired after a whole day’s travelling and desperately needed a good night’s sleep. "
