「Reception and house keeping are helpful and friendly. The only downside is buffet breakfast. Same items for 9 days」

「The hotel is easy to find and has an option for paid parking. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as was able to communicate in English. We stayed in the family room on the top floor with our three boys (ages 16, 13, 9) and they loved the bedroom nooks and the Pac-Man machine. The room was very clean. 「Lovely traditional property with really friendly staff. Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. Good breakfast choices, free parking and bar prices very good value. Very close to the pedestrian centre of Megève, which is very pretty and has a large selection of places to eat/drink.」

「The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !」

「Je suis venu pour la première fois au Bettex en 1963, la je cmapais dans un pré avec des copains. Ensuite j'ai utilisé le chalet du CAF du Mont d'Arbois et plus récemment l'Hotel Arbois Bettex. Dans toutes ces expériences j'ai été sensible à la magie du lieu. Et la nouvelle euqpe d el(Arbois Bettex a bien réussi a préserver cette magie.」

「Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great.
