The Ferryboat Inn is an old establishment that I last visited ten years ago. It has been sympathetically refurbished keep a lot of the original features but adding a new bar in place of the old conservatory. I was very impressed with all the changes.

Well designed and maintained property, combining old and new, with relaxed vibe. It is in an atmospheric location in riverside marshes. The food and staff were great. Very dog friendly.

We stayed the night before our son's wedding. We booked two rooms. Both had a lot of mosquitoes. The other room also had some sort of bugs which inflicted nasty bites. The day after I called the pub to let them know they had an issue. I was told a manager would call me back. Four days later I have heard nothing. Very unimpressed. Will never stay again.

We spent five nights staying at the property with our dog. We had a great time! The staff were great, food was excellent and it was a nice location for local walks. We also charged our car using the EV charger on site, which was great. Great value overall!

My best friend and I stayed for one night for her 60th birthday. We arrived around 3.15pm and had a lovely walk around the local area followed by drinks before a delicious meal in the restaurant. The staff were excellent and really made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and were so welcoming and positive with their attitude and energy. Thank you!
