Excellent self-contained unit 4min walk from Cheltenham Spa Rail Station. Self check-in is easy as Rooms Booked staff will send essential info such as the Entrance door & Unit door codes by 2pm via email or massage to facilitate the check-in process. Room furniture, while considered old, are in functional condition. Shared bathrooms, however, are modern and clean. Glad that there are a few eateries, a Domino Pizza outlet and a Tesco Express supermarket within close proximity to meet our needs. For such affordable price, what more could we ask for?

Good value stopover.

For the price, this was very good value. The kitchen was useful, with an oven and one set of crockery and cutlery (but no corkscrew). The walls were a bit knocked about and shabby, but didn't impact the stay in any way. Very handy for the rail station, and a small parade of shops with takeaways and a Tesco Local for supplies.

Clean linen and bathroom; handy cutlery, crockery and cleaning stuff, TV was in Polish but the 24 hr reception talked me through the settings and resolved it in a clear and friendly way. Bed and pillow more comfy than expected.

Ok, it is not the Ritz but for the price it actually not that bad. Telephone support number was answered quickly, pleasantly & professionally. Access code was sent very quickly by sms with the bedroom keysafe code. I slept well and there was tea & coffee making facilities in the room and a clean towel as well as a fridge & microwave. Television with remote control and excellent very fast Wi-Fi.All communal lighting was automatic so no need to search for a light switch. Ample off street parking and plenty of hot water in the shower room. It has a shared bathroom but that is reflected in the very reasonable price for Cheltenham with free parking. I will stay here again but as a solo traveller on business I have only myself to please.😁

Everything shabby. From front of property inside hall and room. It looked like someone had been locked inside the room and dug out of the locked door Pictures given in advert misrepresented the whole place. I left on the first night and went somewhere safer.

I arrived late at night, it was a bit of effort to find the exact place of my Room at the property site as there was no Counter Service late at night. Driveway at the rear of the Property is very rough, definitely can be improved by Owner.

Old run down dull of mold

Wore down, humid and full of mold in our room. All clothes stink of mold after two nights. There were no other free rooms nearby in the city, otherwise we would have left straight away. I am going to the doctors when I come home, unsure how safe it was staying there.

Upon arrival to room number 9, the room smelt strongly of urine. The wallpaper was peeling off and plaster was coming away from the window frame. The plastic shower tray appeared to have burn marks on it, I assume from previous guests having smoked in the room. One of the windows was missing any sort of blind or curtains, counter tops were stained, the microwave and cabinets were not clean. I immediatley called and advised the contact number and was offered an alternative room. I declined as the general feel of the place had been significantly impacted by my experience. In addition, when booking, the site advised 'one room left' The wallpaper was peeling off and plaster was coming away from the window frame.

This is a disgusting place you can not call it a hotel. Not worth more than £30 a night.
