Parking available at £10 per night The room and breakfast were fine. Bathroom design is very snug. More staff are needed but the staff there are very helpful and hard-working. I’ve started there are a few times for the different festivals. It’s a perfect location.

The location was great - close for walking into town. The room was very comfy, the charm of an old building but the comfort of modern updates. I enjoyed the large room, the cozy duvets and big windows. We had a lovely nightcap at the bar where we had great service from Greg, the bartender, who was very charming.

We liked the location of this hotel, a quiet area within walking distance of the centre of Cheltenham. Our room was large and clean. The sink had a large crack which didn’t look great considering our first impression was a good one. Breakfast was good, not great, but good. Compliments to all the staff who were charming, welcoming and efficient throughout.
