The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were excellent. The entry to to property comes up pretty quickly so it is easy to drive past even with the prominent sign.

The location was perfect - just outside of Bourton but close enough to walk to every night. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern, with a soaking tub and shower. The breakfast was so good!

I much prefer the location just outside of Bourton-on-the-Water (less than a mile away) -- the town can be quite busy with tourists and almost impossible for parking, so being a short walk away made life much simpler. And as previously mentioned, the breakfast are varied and generous.

Great stay! Jill was an amazing host. Breakfast was fabulous and the views from our room was amazing. The bed was amazing too. Great location aswell, short walk into Bourton on Water town and short drives to nearby towns. We had a great time and definitely would recommend.

Great place to stay.
Just fantastic. Not the first time i have stayed here and it has been perfect every time.
Everything was made very easy and convenient, the room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom.
The breakfast is amongst the best I've had.
