“I booked a two-week stay at JMR through Expedia expecting the level of quality and hospitality the resort was once known for. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.

“The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken.
Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor.”

“My stay at Kempinski Hotel was a complete contrast to my previous experience elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, and organization was noticeable.
