"Room was clean and spacious. This was a one-night stopover on our way to the Charlotte area. Many restaurant choices nearby. Super convenient. Breakfast was the usual fare. Coffee to get you going and a few food items to choose from. Enough to start the morning. Staff was very nice."

"Great location - although lots of stairs if that's an issue. The property is beautiful and within easy walking distance to downtown Highlands. "Would been great but it took 20 mins and I kid you not 20 mins for the water to get hot. We moved the chair in the corner by the table and all underneath it and behind it was full of dead bugs where the maids had not bothered to pull out and sweep behind of underneath it.
