「Host communication was very poor. The gate and house codes given were incorrect. I couldn’t get into the compound until someone was getting out. She didn’t answer calls during those times when I needed the gate open. Also the entire beddings in the master bedroom were unclean. The dining room table were very dusty even though the apartment itself was clean. I ask had to purchase WiFi.」

「The check-in/check-out process was fine, though the key pickup was off-site (about 15-20 minutes away) and keys had to be returned by 10 a.m. The unit itself felt dated, soft flooring, peeling wallpaper, and a few broken items like blinds and a sliding door lock. All guest found the best uncomfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic dishes, but bring your own seasonings and condiments. All amenities cost extra. The location, however, was beautiful and peaceful. 」

Had some trouble with door code and wifi, but communication with rental agent was good. Comfortable California King bed. About eight steep steps up to entrance which we seniors and our baggage navigated slowly. Love Big Canoe and all that area has to offer. We would stay here again for another getaway.」

"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. Every interaction we had with the staff felt warm, professional, and sincere. This hotel is not only an excellent choice for business travel, but also perfect for families or special occasions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
