「Very clean rooms and a well kept property」

「I made a prepaid reservation for my 19 year old son who was in the area visiting his girlfriend. Arkansas has no law about not being able to check in for under 21. The room was prepaid and my son is almost 20, was in dress clothes, clean cut, polite, and has checked into multiple hotels on his own in the pass 2 years. He went to check in at 10:30pm after seeing a locally presented play. The jerk at the desk refused to check him in and told him to leave. When I called Expedia to get a refund...

「The check in itself was easy and the guy was nice. The room was very basic and the room was very hot at first. The floor was not super clean, only 3 small pillows for a king bed, and the shower/ tub had a patch missing or like damage was painted over. For one night it was fine but if it was more than that I would have gone somewhere else.」

「Recently updated. Everything is brand new. Friendly staff. Easy to unload and load my things.」

「Location and price was good. Staff was very friendly. It wasn't a 5 star property but very comfortable for a 2 night business stay.」
