“Wonderful, clean and peaceful place. Very quiet area and private backyard with a little river. We enjoyed the spa and had a little campfire. It was very easy to communicate with the owners, who answered very quickly when we couldn’t find the spa chemicals. “Great Chalet!The location of the property is lovely, with views of the lake from all 3 floors. Me, my wife, and two teenagers spent a week at 'The Sanctuary' and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dock gets sun in the early part or the day and shade in the latter. We fished and swam most days. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the bbq several times. Under 3 hours drive from Ottawa. The host responded promptly to questions and was pleasant to deal with. Would stay again.”

“The property was incredibly clean and well kept.You can walk to the water in about 5 minutes and use of the boats and paddleboard was amazing. The water is a small lake that almost feels like a pond with the Lilly pads. The outdoor shower was a hit and we also enjoyed having an outdoor fire and star gazing. There are quite a lot of activities to do as a family in Rawdon. And it’s an adorable little town. We wish there was a couch or living room space to hangout but the outdoor seating area……

“Above and beyond! This place is absolutely fantastic - the beds are comfy, the layout is perfect for a big group and the chalet had a full kitchen. Paddleboard and kayaks at the dock were a nice extra on this clear and beautiful lake. The only thing we didn't notice on the ad was the lack of AC. There were lots of fans provided so it was ok. Other than that, it was Perfect!!”
