「The beach house is located a short walk off the beach in a semi secluded area with trees on left aide and 2 other homes on roght side of house and trees behind. The tree house and zip line were great. The house was clean. It does need some dishes gone through and added and or changed. The beds were firm but comfortable. The water did smell but that is to be expected with well water. All in all the house was great with an occassional horse sighting near by. 」

「This was our first time on the 4X4 Beach and we are in love with the area. We found this house by a drive by the year prior. We read the reviews and booked the house. To be honest we were a little nervous as we have never used VRBO before. We could not have been happier with the host as she answered our questions quickly and politely. She was accommodating and understanding to our needs. The house was the cleanest we have ever experienced as we have been vacationing in OBX for 25 years. ...

「Property location to Virginia Beach was great! Like a 10 minute drive. While small, its nice having a full size refrigerator, oven, and small kitchen which you wouldn't get with a hotel room. The one drawback is a lack of outlets in the bedroom by the bed. If you use a CPAP machine like I do, and then two people wish to charge their phones overnight by the bed, bring a small powerstrip for extended outlets. Also, the outlets behind the dresser in the bedroom and the outlet in the living...
