新的旅館，一切都完美，櫃檯人員非常親切，願意幫助解決任何疑問，唯有距離火車站有一點距離，如果自行拉行李會需要一段時間還要過地下道

Complimentary upgrade and mini bar which was welcome touch. Decent hotel bar. Breakfast £16 a head which is fine but only negative is that in that price it only includes filter coffee , which only found out when ordering at Breakfast time not explained at point of purchasing. Staff across the board very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay. The hotel smells amazing and is lovely and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, gave great meal recommendations and one kind man even lent us his umbrella for the evening. Breakfast was lovely and our waiter went out of his way for me. Rooms are lovely and our view was nice too.

My wife felt pressured into paying whilst I was away parking the car when it was my treat. No tea or sugar in the room. Bits visible under the bed. Chaotic breakfast on the Saturday. Safe not working. Seating the the restaurant uncomfortably close to other diners. Worst 2 nights sleep as bed was extremely uncomfortable

As when I come to Chester I always stay at the Grosvenor which is excellent at all levels. But I took a change on a recommendation and tried Indigo. What a lovely hotel! Kurt the concierge and as amazing, food was amazing and the staff were amazing aswell . As a regular visitor to Chester I will be definitely going again.

Stayed here for 3 nights frid till monday. Loved it , nice rooms ,comfy beds nice and clean. Staff can't do enough for you. Nice cosy bar , great cocktails. Breakfast cooked lovely. The forge restaurant quite pricey but certainly wirth it. Would defo stay here again.

Great hotel
We booked a deluxe room which was lovely,good view, nice king size bed and the shower was brilliant. Only faults were the hair dryer not being very powerful, we couldnt get the aircon to work and when trying to login to the wifi it kept telling me my name and room number didnt match but luckily i had good signal so just used my data. Food and staff were great. Would stay again.

Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble. Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.

Hotel is situated in a great location, easy walking distance into the city and to the train station. The staff were very welcoming and help. The bed was a little hard but managed to get used to this over the three nights.
