「I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake.
The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.」

「The hot tub was excellent and we used it earlier each day. Although we took most things with us there was a general store just a few yards away.
There were two small issues which I brought to the attention of the host and they were dealt with immediately.」

「What a lucky find. Situated in a beautiful area of the Welsh countryside.
Stayed overnight weather was awful but the property was cosy and kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was freshly made & very tasty.
A big thank you to the hosts Heather & Neil who made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning.

「The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay....
