「It was just right... perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck the most. It was secluded, private, and beautiful! Off the beaten path (and grid... don't expect cell service on the property... which was wonderful), but certainly close enough to all the things we wanted to see / experience. 「This was an impromptu weekend getaway, and the best choice ever for the beauty and break we needed! The owners were fantastic communicating with us, especially when we thought we might need to add an extra person. I know it’s cliche, but every little corner had a thoughtful touch! The setting was so quiet and the trails were beautiful and well-maintained -right out the back of the cabin. Such a charming place to stay!」

「The cabin was clean, and the air conditioning great. It rained but the covered deck made it possible to sit outside and relish in the beautiful views of the river. We saw an eagle fly overhead and land in a tree across the river. Was quite surprised that there wasn't more wildlife. Spiders (brown recluse and others) and wasps were a bit of a nuisance, the deck and outside area could use a good sweeping.
