「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Cozy Cub." This is a condo located high up on the side of a mountain, in a complex called "Deer Ridge Mountain Resort." The views are truly beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was simply sitting on the balcony snacking on wine & cheese while watching the ever-changing mountains at sunset. Ed is a great host who went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed during our stay.」

「El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.」

「nice place」

「Beautiful view off the balcony. The hosts were attentive without being intrusive. Well appointed kitchen.」

「Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.」

「Love the location. Nice room. Very comfortable atmosphere. 」

「It was pretty quiet here. The bedroom was big, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets felt silky. The full bathroom was huge, and a nightlight was provided. Could use some paint touchups to make it more appealing, especially on the bathroom trim. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.」

「Carpet was dirty and hot water was issue otherwise nice property with good viw」

「Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good.」

「Condo was very clean and convenient to everything. We enjoyed out stay and plan on staying here again.」

「We loved our stay here at Eagles Landing! It was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Very conveniently located! Recommend 10/10 and would absolutely stay here again if we were to ever come back to PG. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「The condo was as described and the view was incredible. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The house was very clean and we loved the area.. the owners are so nice and so easy and quick to communicate with .. we loved our stay! Hope to come back and stay here again !」

「Property was nice. Great location, easy parking, peaceful with some beautiful views. Bed was comfortable-pillows were awful. We had to go out and buy some, but that was our preference. We found the living room furniture (specifically the loveseat) was rickety and dirty…stained from use. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the condo. We bought air freshener and left the patio door open which helped. Perhaps it was that loveseat???」

「This was our second time staying in this unit since March. It’s really nice and convenient to Dollywood. I’ll probably return at least once more this year.」

「Spacious and very comfortable with all the thoughtful amenities that were needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!」

「The only thing missing was the ice maker in the fridge didn't work but other than that all else was wonderful.」

「Property was clean and exactly as described.」
