"We stayed a few days and did not have anyone offer to empty the trash etc so the room was very cluttered by the end of our stay. Lack of elevator and ice machine for the second floor are to be noted. Only aware or laundry facilities from overhearing another guest as upon check in we were not made aware of many offerings. "

"Okay, so it doesn't look like the Taj Mahal from the outside, but hey, you get what you pay for, right? But when i opened the door to my room..WOW! The 1st thing that hit me was that the room SMELLED CLEAN! (At that price point rooms usually smell dank.) The room was clean an tidy. Comfortable bed. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. There was even a small continental breakfast available. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay there again when passing through."

"Pullman has NO ties to Expedia and there for my reservation was not filled..When I called Pullman Hotel to get my key he said he is NOT with Expedia in any way so I could not get a room for there were no room available, had to go to another town to get a Hotel room...I am demanding a REFUND from you Expedia back to my credit card..$85.37 "
