Downstairs, you’ll find a second living area that transforms into a movie room, complete with plush seating and a large-screen TV for family nights or lazy afternoons. With air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace, the home adapts to every season, keeping you comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
Five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms ensure space for everyone. The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a tub. Three additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, and the fifth bedroom offers both a full bed and a twin bed for flexible sleeping options. With blackout curtains, cozy linens, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets, each room makes settling in effortless. A pack ’n play, children’s books, toys, and a high chair are also available for younger travelers.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms serve the home, including one ensuite. Two feature shower/tub combinations, and all are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. With plenty of space for larger groups, getting ready for the day or winding down in the evening is simple and comfortable.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large granite island, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals together. You’ll find pots and pans, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and barbecue utensils. A spacious dining table makes it easy to gather for group meals, whether you’re sharing a quick breakfast or a long dinner together.

Practical details
High-speed WiFi and an Ethernet connection make it easy to stay connected. The home also includes a washer, dryer, three TVs, and a contactless self check-in with a keypad. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras monitoring the front door, garages, and back door. Free parking is available on site.
