Apartment block. 400 m from the sea. In the house: lift. Motor access to the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Chiavari" 900 m, shingle beach 500 m. Marina 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Sestri Levante 8 km, Santa Margherita Ligure 14 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
"Enrico", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 6th floor. Fully renovated in 2023, practical and modern furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with TV. 1 small room with 1 bed. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Nice apartment in a lovely and convenient neighborhood

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with a new bathroom and new, well-equipped kitchen, in a very nice neighborhood. There is a convenience grocer nearby. It is a pleasant 15-minute walk to the historic center and train station. The second bedroom has a small bed that is adequate for one person, and the only negative is that this bed is as hard as a rock. The host was punctual and extremely nice, and made sure we were comfortable and offered us suggestions for restaurants and other convenience.
