Great hotel and staff, but very remote location

I stayed with my wife and son. Overall we were happy about the hotel, but not the location (which was our fault) Plus - Staff was great in making us comfortable. They went extra mile to get us what all we wanted. Special mention to Heath for amazing customer service. - Comfortable rooms - Great ambience - Very easy check-in and check-out However, - This hotel will work only if you are driving - The location is very remote in mountains. You need Google Maps to find the place. It is so remote that there is nothing nearby. There are few trails for the adventurous, but no market or restaurant. This place is best for people who want a very quiet time.

It was quite a drive to get to the hotel. Need experience driver if u r going there in big van. Hotel turn off water heater after 10pm. Breakfast was delicious home cooked style.

如自己一向無要求無見聞，酒店可以一住，客人一定要完全受酒店規則，我明白酒店有自己難處，唔需要多，但都覺得起碼比客人有多一個選擇或問一句吖！如客人有自己另類敏感或不接受，又或中午遲十分八分鐘向酒店報道，當日就沒有早或晚餐，要營造自己健康酒店無問題，都要向客人方面想想，此終你都係收客人費用！酒店不是盡量客人為先，酒店規則客人可配合，但你就客人完全配你，你無從客人角度做！

適合放空的好飯店

剛好天氣不錯，能在星空下賞螢，真是愉快的體驗。深夜起床上廁所，意外看到銀河，不曉得有幾年沒看到這麼漂亮的夜空了，感動！

世外桃源

第二次入住。清晨飄過的雲海，仿佛置身世外桃源。熱情周到的服務，沁人心脾的阿漢烏龍茶和新鮮烘培恰到好處的咖啡，吸引我們再次入住。蜿蜒的山路，引領我們看到臺灣美麗的茶園風光和秀麗山景。餐廳提供的特色晚餐和早餐清淡且豐富，也正合我們胃口。有機會我們會再去雲端漫步，也會將它的好介紹給親朋好友的。

名符其實的漫步雲端

房間和浴室都算大，熱水充足，床很舒適，房間內有暖氣，不用怕天氣太冷，這個季節到訪，園區色彩很豐富，加上雲霧飄渺，如夢似幻的景色讓人不想離開，服務人員都很主動，這次的住宿很滿意。 不過要開上去的路程有點陡峭，房價如果可以便宜一點會更親民！
