The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed, including Haeundae beach and traditional market, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. "There is a big AEON at Shin-Urayasu Station, the nearest station. It is about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The Disney Shuttle is also convenient when using Maihama Station on the JR Keiyo Line. We stayed Annex “Square”. There is convenience store “family mart” 2nd floor Annex Square is a newly built condominium-style building, very clean and comfortable. The large public bath and foot massage are the best. "
