不滿：整潔度
This was by far the worst VRBO experience ive had and the place was not as described.First, the yard was NOT fully enclosed and the gate did not even fully close. There are 2 huge unfenced gaps on either side of the house leading to the alley. So, definiely not dog friendly!Second, the “parking spot” provided was extremely small. I drive an SUV and there was no chance of it fitting, and it would definitely be a tight squeeze for a sedan. I had to park my car on the street and move it every 4 hours to avoid a parking ticket.Additionally, laundry is not provided, though it is a listed amenity. The host tried to charge an additional 10 to wash clothes.Overall - this place did not have the features that made us want to book it. It was not clean, the host was unresponsive (4 hour response time when asked for wifi password), and the overall description was completely inaccurate. The host was also extremely rude when i brought up my concerns.Other comments- a bottle of vodka was left in an unlocked cabinet, and paraphernalia was found in the garage. Also, the bathroom soap dispenser fell off the wall randomly multiple times 0/100 please do not book. i am requesting a refund hoping the host will make it right.
