The Space:
After a day exploring Chicago, come home to a space that feels like a private art gallery. Unwind by streaming a movie on the 75" TV with immersive Sonos sound, or step onto the private balcony to take in the city views. The chef's kitchen, with its top-brand appliances, makes cooking a pleasure.

When it's time to retreat for the evening, two queen bedrooms await with comfortable mattresses. The primary suite offers the privacy of an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom uses the full hall bathroom. For added flexibility, a rollaway bed for an additional guest is available, and a Pack & Play can be supplied upon request.

This apartment is located near Chicago’s iconic elevated train line. While you may hear it pass by, it also means you're just steps away from fast, convenient access across the city. For your comfort, the unit features sound-engineered windows, and we provide complimentary sleep kits with earplugs and eye masks to help ensure a restful stay.

Union Park, Soho House, Google HQ, and the CTA Morgan stop are just steps away—making it simple to enjoy the best of food, culture, and nightlife like a local.

- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $1000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. For more details, please contact us directly. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.

- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
