Expect to do some light cleaning upon arrival and possibly some laundry. There were some things left unfinished concerning the cleaning. It wasn’t terrible but we did have to finish laundry that was left in the washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It is a split level so if anyone has mobility concerns it’s not the place for them.

Host was great to work with. But property was not cleaned good. Air vents very dusty. Pee around toilet floors sticky. Pretty sure beds were not washed. Hair in them. Cigarettes found around downstairs bed. Hot tub was clean and warm. House was beautiful and great neighborhood. But hopefully they find a different house keeping.

A really nice house, clean and well kept. Neighborhood is older but nice and quiet. Close to highway and lots of restaurants. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. I plan on using this VRBO again in future. Backyard was fenced in and I might bring my pets next time.
