Amazing Art Deco vibe and experience. Room 1608 had a few small maintenance issues but I was credited a few bucks in food to make up for it. Would definitely come back

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Chicago. I was so impressed by the room and the room upgrade! I used to live in Chicago and coming back to this city and staying at the Viceroy was just perfect. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast at Summerhouse was lovely.

Staff were exceptional. Location is excellent. Rooms are average. In my room the mattress was passed its best, the sink drain was blocked, and the room not as clean as I would like. Somerset (restaurant) has a limited menu, and is average. Way better food options across the street -Bellevue.
