Our first room on the 22nd floor had a terribly uncomfortable bed and couch. We had to ask to be moved to a different room, and the bed was wonderful. The couch, however, was just as uncomfortable as the first. Stephen at the front desk provided the best customer service of all.

Only minor issue was their valet staff informed me that since I drove a manual(stick) transmission car they would only park it since I did not need in/out privileges, claiming they do not normally accept manual transmission vehicles.
