“The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal. All the staff were very nice and provided excellent service”

“An amazing stay at a beautiful venue. Chalet has everything you need and is very clean and cosy. It is a very cool place with lots of things to do for the kids. Highly recommend it!”

“The hotel is ok, we had a twin room in the cottage lodge, no 526, it was quite a walk from reception. Most of the staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is looking somewhat dated, the room needed a good deep clean, shower head and bath mat needed replacing, I did write this to the manger in the initial check in review, as we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t worth complaining about. The car park needs re signing as cars didn’t know which way to go round!”

“Very good stay at The Crown at Emsworth. Check-in was really smooth and super friendly. Also, they were really accommodating with our dog, which was great! Room and bed were a little on the small size (we were in Room 7) but can’t fault the cleanliness, and how modern it was. Great stay - thank you!”

“This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there.”
