You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beautiful home in Birdham, minutes to the beach

Great place for families, couples, or friends to come and stay.
3 bedroom’s, all with double beds and built in wardrobes, one with ensuite bathroom.
On request I can put a single bed in the conservatory for a 7th guest (for an additional charge) you can then move the mattress and bedding into the snug at night.
Please let me know in advance if you need this.
Beautiful main bathroom and another toilet downstairs.
Cook a wonderful meal on the beautiful pink SMEG Range Cooker.
Relax at the large dining room table in the open plan kitchen.
Or use the BBQ in the garden and eat on one of the patio areas.
The house is perfectly placed between the Blue Flag beach of West Wittering and the City of Chichester. Occasionally the hosts will be at The Lodge at the rear of the house. Their access is via the side gate of the house, where an alleyway leads to their private garden. They park their cars in the parking spaces at the front of the property by the roadside hedge and trees please do not park in these spaces.

Great location with everything we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was a great place to relax after days out exploring the area. Having a Little Waitrose 2 mins walk away was very handy for bits and pieces.

House had everything we needed and was comfortable. Location was great, close to East and Wear Wittering beaches, Itchenor, Bosham and Emsworth. Lots of great pubs and walks too 😁

Wedding weekend

This was the perfect house for some of the family to stay and attend our Son’s wedding just done the road. The owner lives close by and although we didn’t need him on this occasion he was really helpful.

A lovely home

The house is fantastic for a weekend away with the family. Everything you could possibly need is included and everything is new and clean. Clive is really friendly and helpful with anything you may need during your stay. A great base for all the family for the Goodwood Revival weekend.

Perfect holiday home!

Very private, great house, amazing kitchen, beautiful garden, private drive and a super host. Situated within a short drive to all the attractions the area has to offer, such as, West Wittering beach, Chichester, Bosham and lots more. The kids were extremely happy as we were and our Tibetan Mastiff. We will most definitely book it often in the future!
