The property offers an open plan kitchen/living area that leads to a balcony with seating, all on the first floor which maximises the view across the Solent.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate w.c., making the property ideal for families or couples. The lounge also has sofa bed which is available on request for additional guests.

One of the Kingsize beds converts to two singles on request.

The master bedroom has an ensuite, with shower bath, and patio doors, leading onto a decked area, surrounded by beach pebbles.

Equipped with luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, luxury bathroom towels, essentials and a welcome pack. The property has all the modern conveniences you would anticipate, including wifi throughout.

There is a gazebo type fisherman's hut, to offer shelter from sun or rain with an outdoor gas bbq.

Available for weekend (Friday to Monday) or midweek (Monday to Friday) stays, offering a discount for breaks of 7 nights or longer.

For larger groups, there is a second property which can sleep up to 4 called Sea Esta. A further discount can be offered when booking both together.

We run a strictly no pet or smoke policy on the property to offer a pleasant environment. Full deposit will be lost if this condition is breached.

A short walk to local shops, and an even shorter walk to the local pub.

The promenade is excellent for walks for all abilities, along with pushchair accessibility.

The property has parking for two or three, cars, however, there is also free parking in the road.
