Great stay, fantastic location

What a brilliant holiday. Our property has everything for a family of six. The garden was ideal for us to enjoy meals outside, to play games and to watch the wind surfers as well as take advantage of immediate access to the beach, We decided to get the marine app as we so enjoyed identifying the sea traffic on the horizon. We love the village of East Wittering. Catered for all our needs, and good coffee houses. The walk to West Wittering from our garden gate was so picturesque. A great family holiday !

Channel View

We loved our Channel View stay , loved the view and ease of checking in. Please note the toilet seat at front of house was not screwed on when we arrived. Thank you again, it was a wonderful break.

Gemma answered all my questions promptly and I felt well supported. The heating system was good. But the property was not adequately clean in certain places such as bedroom rugs and behind bed in middle bedroom. The furnishings were drab and tired. There were not enough lamps and the lighting was too bright. One of the lamp in the back bedroom was not working. Probably all this would not matter in the summer but it did in late October.

Excellent location & facilities. Novelty of railway carriage bedroom enjoyed by granddaughter. Room on village side much appreciated by teenage grandson. It meant he could be independent and not disturb anybody else.

What a special location, enjoyed the sea views, very relaxing watching cruises and cargo ships and using binoculars to identify them when weather not so good. 2 min walk into East Wittering where all takeaways you need if you dont fancy cooking. Everything spotless, very comfy beds, felt relaxed and homely. Had Everything we needed and single level living made it easy for my older relatives who joined me. Had a dog with us and garden secure and easily accessible.Short drive to West Wittering sandy huge beach, 13.90 to park but excellent set up with new toilets, cafe etc, we felt worth it.Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend for sure!
