Basic budget motel near downtown and Chico State. Very quiet when I stayed the night. Nice manager. Hard to see where to turn into the property. Would have been nice if the exit gate to the side street was open. Bring your bike and ride Chico.

It is a decent place to stay for the price. Room is clean with microwave and fridge/freezer. The AC unit is very loud for anyone who is a light sleeper. Room does have an odor. Breakfast is box of Costco danish/pastries. Coffee and waffle machines were broken. Affordable price for a place to sleep for the night.

The room was okay. The beds are lumpy and too soft. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The toilet seat was loose and not very clean. The floors were dirty. It took awhile for the A/C to kick in. The parking was great. Easy access right in front of our room. Overall, we felt safe. Not bad for one night. We paid for 2 nights and left early. You get what you pay for. It was slim pickings due to the Wild Cats annual celebration. We were fortunate to find a room not charging over $400 a night.

Traveled for Virginia to Chico, CA; stayed at various motels along the way. This motel is quiet, located away from busy roads and I only paid $67.00 a night. Room has an environmental unit, iron w/ board, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blow dryer; all work. Ice machine by office and continental breakfast with many off-site locations to eat. Room was clean and had more than needed lighting; many options depending on the mood desired. This will be my first stop when I visit Chico again.
