Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, the sound-proofing between floors is poor, so my husband was woken up frequently by the person in the room above us walking around. Also, there was quite a bit of space around the door to the room, causing a lot of light to come through ...

I knew it was a dive going in ... was just looking for a cheap room for one night .. the place was clean but it just needs to be updated ...the bed was hard and lumpy maybe the worst I have ever slept on ...will probably spend the extra money for a nicer place next time I visit Chico
