Clean and surprisingly large room, with a spacious closet and bathroom. My room happened to have a window to the inside courtyard. Front desk staff/owner is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous. Property located right at the central plaza - cannot be more convenient!

Great location inside the city walls. Historic building with a beautiful courtyard. Room was large, warm, and comfortable in Dec. Host was fantastic and helped us with parking recommendations for our trips to Sienna and Florence. Highly recommend.

Our room was just wonderful. Very nicely situated within a courtyard, a quiet respite from the hordes of shoppers outside. The bathroom was a bit dangerous.
