"Housekeeping needs additional training. I requested coffee service and was brought what appeared to be previously used coffee. Although this may have been an honest mistake, it is unacceptable. When I requested a clean cup, the housekeeper washed the existing cup in our bathroom and returned it instead of providing a properly sanitized replacement. This raised concerns about hygiene and the quality of housekeeping service. Housekeeping lacks basic communication skills. Besides these incidents, everything else was great.
