I stayed the one night pit stop. I was pleasantly surprised to find my small quaint one queen room had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable. George at the front desk was easy to deal with, quick and painless check in. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was sonderful! Loved being able to take a short walk over to the park overlooking the river and easy access to some food places for dinner. The pillows were too small-we used some we had thrown in the car and it was much better.

We only stayed one night so I can't make comprehensive comments. But the place is clean and cozy and the price is right. Check-in was easy and everything worked. One thing we liked was the "vibe" of the place - like those classic motels of days gone by.

Excellent price and very convenient location. I think the pictures on Expedia are not an honest representation of what you are getting. Would stay as a solo traveller again knowing what I was getting but not with my wife or kids.
