Well-appointed and comfortable, this townhome offers stunning views of Assateague and the Lighthouse. Enjoy the shared pier for canoeing, crabbing, or simply taking in the water.

The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and dining area, along with a private den that includes a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom with a shower stall. Upstairs, two bedrooms each offer a private bathroom. The rear bedroom is waterfront with a king bed and a balcony overlooking Assateague Channel, while the front bedroom features a queen bed.

Great view over the marshes

Loved staying at this property, waking up to the sun rising over the marshlands, seeing the lighthouse from the bedroom, watching birds on the water and kayakers gliding by. Plenty of space and balconies on both sides of the building.

Amazing Property

This house is absolutely wonderful. It is spacious, with more than enough room for my family of 5. It is well-equipped, with everything we needed for cooking meals. And the views were incredible! We loved looking across the channel to the lighthouse from the deck and from inside the house. We loved watching hummingbirds, egrets, ospreys and more. And the dock was an idyllic place to watch beautiful sunsets over the marsh each night. We hope to stay here again!
