"This Charming Prescott home was easily one of the finest vacation rentals we've stayed at...and we've stayed at a lot! The home was very clean and comfortable. The front porch gave a wonderful spot for relaxing after our full days enjoying local family and nearby scenic wonders. Our host was very easy to reach and there were some nice welcoming treats. "My only complaint was narrow driveway, its tight for full size trucks. Secluded home right at the edge of downtown prescott. The home was clean and comfortable. All of the linen and bedding was fresh and clean. The showers were very nicely redone. The 2 deck porches were a highlight and comfortable. Lots of deer on the property. We also saw javelina and a flock of wild turkey. My family had a great time here. I would come back again. "

"What a great stay and location! Not too far from Sedona at all…Great hikes all around with little to no people this time of year. (Do the Sterling hike) The accommodations were great in Unit 1…! Beautiful views from many points. The common outside area next to the waterfall was a cool asset. We did have an electrical glitch, but the property management team (Luis) did a stellar job of getting it corrected..!
