"This place is an absolute gem. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was huge and really comfortable. There were plenty of teas and coffees and some nice biscuits provided and a bottle of water, the bathroom had hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in, the food both at dinner and breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious, the parking was in a locked garage round the back, we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to all there 💕"

"Not too far from the centre of town for a shop or extra facilities, however, close enough to a main road to hear traffic during the day, not an issue. Would have liked to be able to stream or cast to the rooms television as me and the other half just wanted to relax during our stay, however, that's a very specific want and has no bearing on the accommodation. "Lovely open plan room in a loft setting. Had a rolled top brass bath in the room with a separate wc room. No shower or desk with mirror which made it awkward for my wife to do her hair as no power point near the wall mirror. Be aware room 6 which we stayed in has very narrow steep stairs so not suitable for people with accessibility issues. Staff were excellent, food and drink was lovely, as we ate in the evening and a very good breakfast selection."

"This is my second time staying for work purposes and I bring my family and the staff are all so brilliant. If I am late checking in, they send me self check in details, if I message they reply really quickly. NEVER had an issue with payment I make pre arrival. The fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. This time I stayed in bigger room on the Tesco side and it was slightly noisier BUT it had a washing machine which was fantastic. Love staying here now and told colleagues and I'm super fussy...
