Relaxation, Comfort & Alps Adventures

A modern and cozy apartment in the heart of the Pesio Valley, within the Marguareis Natural Park.
The perfect blend of contemporary comfort and alpine charm: 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bright living room, a modern bathroom, and a balcony with mountain views.
Guests will appreciate the unique location: trails for walks and hikes, as well as cross-country and roller ski trails, start right outside the door. The Lurisia Thermal Baths and traditional restaurants are just a few minutes away, while cities like Turin, Milan, Genoa, and Nice are easily accessible.
What makes this place special? The tranquility, the direct connection with nature, and the little details thoughtfully curated for each guest. My favorite spot? The walk through the Marguareis forest, just a few minutes’ walk away.
An ideal retreat for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking relaxation, nature, and inspiration.
