"I would definitely stay here again. It's beautiful, rhe rooms are big and beautifully decorated, the pool is next level but we were there in October so not usable for us. But still open for the hearty. Breakfast was good. It is the same every day but that was fine. There was not one member of staff who wasn't lovely and helpful. The restaurant is exceptional for grilled meat. I had the lamb and the steak and both were fantastic as is the tomato soup and the salmon app. Really we had no bad food there. We weren't into driving at night so we ate there 3x and the menu was quite varied. My only complaint was that by the glass or carafe there's only one red wine which I didn't care for so I couldnt drink wine except by bottle. I personally would not stay at the back of the hotel again because I am so sensitive to noise and there's often people back there talking under the windows, yard work etc. Most people prob wouldnt notice. But also the mosquitoes were deadly even in October so the window couldn't be open. But the one night it was stuffy they brought me a fan. The nights were cool. My friends room was on the front side. Gorgeous view there. Just a beautiful property. You won't be disappointed."

"forth they sent us clear instructions which was really helpful. The room is big with high ceilings and nicely presented. Bed was a little squeaky but comfortable and we slept well. They have a mini-fridge stocked with water bottles and breakfast in the morning. Coffee was quite good. A few notes for future guests, especially in summer (late September): it was quite warm in the room and we couldn't get the fan to work, and there were four flights of stairs to go up with luggage and our stroller. Breakfast is a light Italian breakfast of coffee and a croissant, which is totally normal here, but my wife would have loved a little more variety like fruit, cheese or something with a bit of protein. Unfortunately we arrived too late to try the restaurant this time, which looked delightful."

"We had a wonderful week at this villa with our family of 21! The photos accurately reflect the beautiful home and pool area. From the moment we drove down the long, cypress lined driveway to the villa, we knew this was a very special place! We ordered the breakfast, which we all enjoyed and the woman who prepared it was great. Having nice bathrooms adjoining every well-sized bedroom was a luxury not found often in Europe. The beds were high quality. I worried about the AC, but I was pleasantly surprised that it worked exceptionally well in all rooms, including the bedrooms on the 4th floor. I was also surprised to learn there was a daily charge for the AC—but well worth it in July! The kitchen was well equipped, including two large refrigerators needed for a large family. A good sized grocery is nearby. Jacopo and Alice were super responsive to any minor issue we had. Their recommendations for excursions were excellent. We ordered two meals at the villa and they were beautifully prepared and served by pleasant staff. In brief, this was a great find that I would highly recommend! Everyone in our large, international family from the US, Iceland, and France loved it."

The owners go out of their way to help you anyway they can and cook delicious breakfast and serve it on the terrace where you can enjoy the scenery more. It was the perfect place to slow down and relax in between touring big cities in Italy. My husband and I both agree that next trip we will plan a longer stay in Chiusi and stay here again."
