Chiusi: Rustic house "Casa Violella", 2 storeys, detached. 500 m from the centre of Chiusi, on a slope, in the residential district, 5 km from the lake. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, grocery 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 100 m, bakery 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Chiusi Scalo" 2 km, thermal baths "Chianciano Terme" 10 km, bathing lake "Lago Trasimeno" 20 km. Fishing possibilities 5 km. Nearby attractions: Montepulciano 23 km, Pienza 34 km, Cortona 37 km, Perugia 50 km, Orvieto 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Chiusi 5 km, Lago Trasimeno 20 km. Please note: baby equipment (included). Groups of teenagers on request only.

Terrible property. Vastly overpriced. Shabby yard, overgrown trees, so no view. Plastic chairs stacked next to an ugly patio table with plastic cloth. Small rooms. Dark. Lousy air conditioning, and the two kitchens; one of which also serves as a corner living room; the 2 kitchens no AC. I refused to stay there.
