"Our 32nd floor room in the Executive Tower was elegant and dead quiet. The bed was super-comfortable and the Diptyque toiletries were a real luxury (although the bathrobes are not made for well-fed bodies!). Already centrally located in Myeongdong, the ability to visit the impressive Lotte department store Food Hall without stepping outside was a bonus on rainy days, or when we just wanted some fresh fruit for our room. Service throughout the hotel complex was impeccable. Seoul is a massive city with many hotels to choose from, but if you don't want to stay in a traditional hanok house, I would highly recommend the Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower!"

"The breakfast was great with different things to pick from, I truly enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the area was great with a lot of things to do. I truly recommend and when I go back this will be the hotel I stay at."

"This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the little bath spa in the room was as great the kids had a blast. They have ramen and cereal with milk 24/7 if you want a snack and is free. There’s also a 7eleven next to the place. Is well centet d lots of retaurants and even though is on a busy well known street it is quiet. We absolutely love this and it is now our favorite place to stay in Seoul. We are looking forward for lot more stays "

"The breakfast buffet was convenient, but some dishes were old or overcooked. (Cheese, cold cuts, waffles ... were served dried) Air conditioner was not on according to the front desk, and the room was too warm and stuffy. We were not able to adjust the room temperature while we stayed. The front desk suggested to keep the window open while the city's air quality, pollution, was terrible. Not a safe / ideal stay for a family with kids or sensitive group. Laundry washer/drier in service room was free but not functioning. We tried twice to wash and dry (wasting hours waiting) and moved on to a local laundromat near by. The hallway carpet in the hotel was uneven and improperly installed, creating a potential safety hazard. This condition could be especially dangerous for guests using wheelchairs or for young children, as it increases the risk of trips and falls. The location was very convenient. Easy to access subway lines and a lot interesting places."

"Biggest issue was the third room by the front door was really small and had no windows. It was much warmer in that room than the rest of the rooms. I was told that until summer, the AC is not turned on for all rooms. The front desk did give us a fan, but that was something unexpected. The staff was very good and the location was very good. "
