Location was great, free private parking as well, breakfast simple but OK, hotel would be overall OK - however our bed was squeaking with every little move - this was a terrible experience, bathroom cleaning was a joke. Looks like they just milk it with no investment and no proper cleaning/maintenance.

Hotel sytem was down. Waited a long time to check in. Eventually got a room key. Bedside light non functioning. Check was complicate by the fact Hotels.com alpreny only paid the hotel for one of the rooms in spite of having a reciept for payment of both room I had to pay again

Not impressed

The hotel room wasn't good. It smelled bad, the drawers for clothing were dirty, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, the shower leaked, the curtains weren't black out curtains, and the furniture was dusty. Also, the breakfast was terrible. There wasn't enough food, and what was there was bad quality. Also, the hotel was understaffed. Over all, this hotel didn't meet expectations for a four star hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Nordböhmen!

Tolle Lage, super Preis/Leistung, sicherer Parkplatz, saubere Zimmer sogar mit Seife/Shampoo in dem alten Komotau.

호무토프 광장을 즐길 수 있는 좋은 호텔

전체적으로 괜찮습니다. 오래된 건물치고는 방이 매우 깨끗했고 시설도 괜찮았습니다 사소한 실수는 있었지만 제가 영어가 서툴렀는데도 대응을 잘 해줬습니다 유럽지방도시 어딜가나 오래된 호텔의 특징이랄까 청소를 매일 해주지는 않습니다 쓰레기와 수건교체는 매일 해줍니다 세탁서비스는 한두번은 그냥 해주는데 이후에는 100코루나를 받습니다 수압이 약한게 아쉬웠는데 그래서 충분히 샤워할 수 있습니다 다음에도 출장을 온다면 재방문할 의사가 있습니다

Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer defekt. Die junge Frau an der Rezeption hat einen Anderen organisiert, den ich dann selber ausgetauscht habe, weil kein Techniker da war. Der Defekte stand dann 5 Tage im Fur neben der Zimmertür, wo ich ihn abgestellt hatte. An den ersten beiden Tagen wurden die Betten nicht gemacht und auch das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Mussten uns 2 mal beschweren, danach war es okay. Personal: die 2 jungen Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und bemühten sich die Unzulänglichkeiten abzustellen. Die Bedienung war freundlich aber oft unorganisiert. Frühstück war jeden Tag das Selbe (Wurst, Käse, Eier...) nur der Kuchen wechselte.

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Velmi příjemný a vstřícný a ochotný personál na recepci... Pokoje čisté... Snídaně také v pořádku.. Jen je škoda, že nefunguje hotelová restaurace.(obědy, večeře) Za mě naprostá spokojenost.

Prijs/kwaliteit super verblijf gehad , de vriendelijkheid , behulpzaamheid en ingetogene houding van het personeel is top! Goed ontbijt , de kamers zijn wat kleiner dan in andere 4-sterren hotels maar proper , en alles is er wat je nodig hebt. Als we nog eens in de buurt zijn , graag weer hier overnachten 👍

Nach längerer Schließung, hat das Hotel wieder geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Kaffee, Tee oder Heiße Schoki gibt es jeden Tag für umsonst in Frühstücksraum.

Hotel is good. But breakfast and lack of AC is something the hotel should consider to improve. Rooms and washrooms are clean and nice. The COVID-19 pandemic affected every where, it caused the closure of Royal’s restaurant for lunch and dinner. I give 3 out of 5 for this place.
