「Upon arrival, the place looked run down. Pool was not functioning and building look older. When checking in, we learned that a new owner had just taken over 2-3 days earlier. The staff could not figure out the software and we were assigned about 3 different rooms before we got one that was truly available for use (one already was occupied by someone else, one was under renovation and the 3rd I can't remember).
