Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! 「Firstly the host Susan was a star from start to finish.She answered all my queries immediately and gave us confidence pre visit.The apartment was as described but exceeded our expectations.It was fully stocked with towels and we were impressed by everything in the flat.Due to our late departure flight time we asked if we could check out later than first agreed and again Susan was agreeable to this .To summarise we loved our visit to Newstead and would definitely like to return」

「The cottage supplied everything a person could need for a week vacation. From the temp controls rooms, the laundry room and outdoor pool area for evening relaxations. All necessities were meet. The location is in the Hub of Oistins, the beach and all transportations. 」

「Lovely place to stay.. quiet, peaceful, wonderful large porch to enjoy meals. The apartment is large enough for 2 people. It has lots of storage space in the bedroom for luggage and hanging clothes. Nice big shower with good water pressure. The AC is great! There are 2 wall units, one in the bedroom and another in the living room. Usually rentals only have them in the bedroom and it’s hot in the rest of the apartment! There are also ceiling fans and a stand-up fan, so it was a welcome relief...

「A wonderful find. The property is stand alone with excellent facilities. Exceptionally clean. Everything you need is here. Access to washing machine if needed. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the main road, so everwhere is easily accessible. Jeff was very attentive making sure I had everything I needed, without being intrusive. Very kind and helpful. I would recommend this property without hesitation.」
